The following Screencast is the story of how our weekend Expressive Arts Immersion came to be in poem form. Erin, Cindy and I were inspired by the spring ASU Expressive Arts Institute to create an Expressive Arts offering for the fall as a counterpart to the spring event. This is our third year offering FRUITION. Each year we create a theme for exploration and utilize multiple arts modalities. Our first year we used archetypes, made masks, created characters to represent various aspects of ourselves and utilized photos for exploration and writing. Last year we used the elements as the theme. Each element was represented by a specific arts modality. You'll have to attend if you'd like to find out what's in the works for this year!
